Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Happiness Trunk, we work hard to ensure every gift brings joy.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued only for cancelled orders within the allowed time or for defective/damaged products.

• To request a refund, email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable) within 48 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
